Why We Started Gorge ADU
We started Gorge ADU to help homeowners make better use of the property they already have. An ADU can create room for family, a place for guests, or an additional housing option without starting over somewhere new.
Our goal is to bring thoughtful design and practical project guidance together, helping homeowners create spaces that fit their lives while respecting the character of the Gorge.
We’re not just builders. We’re neighbors helping neighbors create more possibilities.
What Drives Us
Sustainable Development
We believe in making thoughtful use of existing properties, considering the land, materials, and long-term needs of the people who will live there.
More Housing Options
ADUs can create space for family, guests, or long-term rental housing, giving homeowners more ways to use the property they already own.
Community First
We care about the communities we call home and about creating housing that respects the people and places around it.
Built for the Gorge
Local conditions matter. We consider the setting, site conditions, and requirements that can shape a project in the Gorge.
OUR CONNECTION TO THIS PLACE
Local Roots
We live and work in the Gorge. It’s where we spend time with our families, meet our neighbors, and enjoy the water, trails, and communities around us.
That connection shapes how we think about building. We care about creating homes that belong here and about working in a way that respects the land, the people, and the future of the Gorge.
Our Approach
We keep the process grounded, collaborative, and clear. We start by listening to what you want to create and understanding the property you’re working with.
From there, we help you explore your options, identify questions that need a closer look, and understand the decisions ahead. The goal is a home that fits your life and a process you can follow.
